1.) What ordering possibilities exist? You can order fullversions of our products via Paypal. Paypal is fast, secure and doesn´t cost you anything. It is also easy to set up. For other payment options, write me a mail.
2.) Your product does not work as it should etc. We test our software as thoroughly as possible, but cannot guarantee for every computer environment. Please test the demo version first before buying, and mail us if you have a problem.
3.) What is your return policy? we sell and offer our products "as they are", aim at low prices, and provide a only slightly restricted demo version which allows for intense testing on your computer, and expect our customers to do so. Such, returning your funds can only be an option in extreme cases, partly because of the returning banking fees for us. Thank you for your understanding.
